GENERAL

Prices are listed in GBP ( British pounds £ ).
You acknowledge you are buying a digital file only, no physical shipping of any kind is involved.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission request if the request is out of my skill range or contains subject matter I am uncomfortable working with.
I do not always work on my work queue in order.
I will send updates to my commissioners if there is to be a delay with the order.
Commissions will be completed within 2 months maximum, but should generally be completed before then.
Refunds are available upon request but please see my refund policy below for more details.

PAYMENT

You must either be the owner of the Paypal account, or the owner of the account understands the nature of this purchase and that it will not be physically shipped. You will only receive the digital file(s).
Payment is to be made via invoice sent through paypal.
Full payment is to be made up front
I will not start on the commission until payment is received.
Additional fees may be added to the price if the character/subject requested is complex/contains details that would extend the time taken to complete the piece.
Additional fees may also be added for additional edits requested once the piece is complete, and in cases where a deadline is requested.

PROCESS

I require full coloured reference images of your characters included in the form to work from.
Once the commission is accepted, I will contact you via your preferred mail address with slot confirmation and price quote.
I will send an invoice to the preferred billing email for payment. After this I will add you to my list and begin your commission on my next work day.
